What's Parent Review?

The "Parent Review" section on the tutor website is a platform for tutor-student communication. The information in that section has been directly transferred to tutors without any selection or filtration so that tutors could know how well his/her performance is.

However, there are some cases when the issue is caused out of tutor's control, such as technical issue on students' side or accidental click by students, and we cannot remove those reviews from the system. We understand it is unfair for tutors to receive incorrect feedback. As we cannot avoid student to write incorrect feedback, it may be a bit assured for tutors to know that the student feedback does not count in the tutor's performance appraisal. The partner schools have their own appraisal system and will double check students' negative feedback regularly. Tutors won't be affected as long as they do not receive complaints from partner schools directly.
