We have two official communication channels.
You can reach ALO7 via the "Contact us" button on the bottom of the tutor website if you have questions, concerns, or anything you want to let us know. Or, you can send an email to support@alo7.zendesk.com with your questions or if you cannot access the tutor website. We will reply to your requests within 48 hours on weekdays BJT.
For emergency issues that could affect your upcoming classes, please use the "Chat" button located in the right lower corner of the tutor website. The "Chat" button only appears during the peak teaching hours, and we will reply to your message promptly to offer help. However, the "Chat" button is only for emergency issues that could affect upcoming classes. For non-emergency issues, please use the "Contact us" button to reach us.
We also send emails to you if needed. It is a good idea to check your email regularly in case you miss any important messages.
