How long does it take to hear back the hiring decision?

After your interview, your file is transferred to ALO7's partner schools. They pick candidates based on their education, accent, background, tutoring experience, professional appearance to students, and experience working with children. Normally, it takes 5-10 working days to receive their hiring decision; however, this process can take longer if it is the busy seasons in China.

Please note that ALO7 is not a school; therefore, none of the students have a direct commitment to us. The students who take online tutoring on our platform come from a variety of training schools in China. Those partner schools make the ultimate decision about whom they would like to outsource the tutoring work.
