What is the Payment Method?

Direct Deposit via VEEM

VEEM (www.veem.com)is an accredited business with the U.S. Department of Treasury & BBB. It is backed up by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers . We partner with VEEM to do direct deposits for US and Non-US bank accounts.

For US bank account holders: The minimum transaction to deposit into a US bank account is $25 and it is free of charge.

For Non US bank account holders: The minimum transaction to deposit into a non-US bank account is $50. Please make sure your receiving account is set up to receive non-USD . If you will receiving USD in an international bank account, Veem would charge $20 wiring fee.

To register at VEEM, please use the following link. VEEM will expedite account verification process for all Alo7 Independent Contractors.

After you register it, you will need to make sure you complete the Veem verification process: on the right corner, your name > Settings > Verification. You can check whether your proof of address document has been verified.

PayPal

PayPal is used as a secondary payment method, if for this month, you made less than minimum transaction from tutoring, your payment will be processed via PayPal. There is 2% Papal fee charged. PayPal’s exchange rate is not controlled by Alo7.

We encourage you enter the email address you registered with VEEM as a primary payment method and paypal email address as a secondary payment method in the teaching website once you are on board with Alo7.
